A well established and reputed Restaurants operating platform company is actively looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of its outlets in Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations of the back and front of the house in his outlet.
Essential Duties include but not limited to the following:
• Trains, motivates, and evaluates his team to ensure that the outlet has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company. • Understands & Implements hygiene and cleanliness procedures and policies • Overviews the preparation & maintains presentation of high quality food items through following the preparation techniques and “Products Standards” of the brand. • Plans, organizes, directs and controls the day to day unit’s operations. • Implements the operational procedures in the most professional manner. • Controls inventory , monitors revenues and proposes procedures and prices modifications. • Greets customers, resolves their complaints and ensures health and safety regulations are followed at all times. • Participates in preparing the annual budget and business plan of the outlet. • Responsible for Promoting the Brand • Establishes, Maintains & Nurtures positive professional relationships with suppliers, services providers & customers to promote the goodwill of the brand • Implements successful upselling & cross selling tactics
Required Skills and experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management. • 5-7 years of experience in F&B operations, out of which minimum 3-4 in a managerial role. • Fluency in English & Arabic is required. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Team Management Skills.
